1. The website and services

Curious Macro Lens provides market research, educational content and information about Curious Pro products.

Curious Metals Pro is a systematic metals model dashboard providing long-only model information for Gold, Silver, Copper, Platinum, Palladium and Aluminium.

Models may display Risk On or Risk Off conditions and exposure levels between 0% and 100%.

Additional Curious Pro services, including Curious Crypto Pro, may be introduced separately.

2. Information, not investment advice

Curious Macro Lens and Curious Pro provide general market information, research and model information.

They do not provide personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice, do not take account of your individual circumstances and do not execute trades on your behalf.

You remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions, execution, position sizing and risk management.

Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Model limitations

Systematic models can generate losses, remain out of the market during favourable periods or stay exposed during adverse periods.

Data feeds, market closures, provider timing and technical interruptions may delay updates.

We do not guarantee that every model condition, email, dashboard update or other service feature will be available at a particular time.

4. Account use

Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Access is intended for the authorised account holder and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to redistribute proprietary dashboard content without permission.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable website and service but may modify, maintain, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Models, methodology, data sources, website content and presentation may evolve over time.

Material product changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard, changelog, member notices or email.

6. Intellectual property

The Curious Macro Lens website, Curious Pro dashboards, dashboard design, model framework, methodology, research, written content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Curious Macro Lens, except where third-party rights apply.

Your use of the website or an account grants you a limited right to use the relevant content and services for lawful purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Attempt to bypass access controls
• Scrape or systematically extract protected member content
• Reproduce or redistribute proprietary content without permission
• Interfere with other users
• Use the website or services in violation of applicable law

8. Account suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where an account is used in breach of these terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect Curious Macro Lens, the service or its users.

Curious Pro members may request deletion of their account from the Account page where that functionality is available.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Curious Macro Lens is not responsible for investment losses or decisions made in reliance on model information, market data, research or other website or service content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, Curious Pro services or applicable requirements change.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to your subsequent use of the relevant service.
